Delivery
Our aim is to delivery your goods to you as quickly as possible. Items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Flutes and clarinets will be sent by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery', guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day and fully insured. All gifts, books and accessories are sent by 'Royal Mail 1st Class', who aim for a 1 day delivery time. All international mail is sent by 'Airsure' where available, and 'International Signed For' where not. All international mail is trackable and insured.
All items are thoroughly wrapped and packaged securely for delivery.
Gift wrapping is available on special request.
